The Arts Precinct

The Cootamundra Creative Arts & Cultural Centre is surrounded by other interesting and supportive businesses and organisations. Clustered together at the eastern end of Wallendoon Street Cootamundra, they form the area referred to as The Arts Precinct. Together, these complimentary businesses have re-juvenated a historic part of Cootamundra that had previously languished in a semi-derelict state.

The Arts Precinct is now a wonderful destination for visitors as well as locals.

The Kaya is a successful gallery, with local artworks and giftware available, coffee and light meals.  Located on the corner of Sutton Street and Wallendoon Street.

Further along is the lifestyle emporium and nursery, Harvest Country, with gorgeous giftware and excellent service and advice for your gardening needs.

Adjacent to this is The White Ibis boutique accommodation.

The Cootamundra Creative Arts & Cultural Centre also has two tenants that consolidate its reputation as an Arts hub.

The Mens Shed is an invaluable community resource...a workshop area for men to gather together to create practical objects, as well as make connections with one another.

The Pickled Pantry, a delicatessen and cafe which brings a cosmopolitan flavour to Cootamundra, provides giftware and kitchenware, hard to find cooking supplies and books, all in relaxed retro setting.

COME AND ENJOY ALL THAT THE ARTS PRECINCT HAS TO OFFER SOON!
